Steven Sartori
Steven Sartori — Principal Solicitor and Director
Steven Sartori is the principal of Sartori Legal Services, proudly serving clients across North East Victoria and beyond. Born and raised in the King Valley, Steven completed his VCE at Galen Catholic College, Wangaratta in 2000, and has established deep roots in the local community.
Steven began his professional journey at the Victoria Police Academy in July 2004, graduating in November 2004 with the prestigious Tynan-Eyre award. He earned a Diploma of Public Safety. During his distinguished service with Victoria Police, Steven worked in a variety of policing and investigative roles. His commitment to public safety and excellence was recognised with two divisional commendations for bravery and three PSA awards for bravery and dedication to duty.
While serving as a police officer, Steven commenced his Bachelor of Laws in 2010. In March 2015, he transitioned to legal practice, joining Constable Connor & Co solicitors under the mentorship of Peter Connor. There, he focused on estate planning, administration, and litigation—gaining invaluable experience in these complex areas.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, and a Certificate of Legal Business Skills. He was admitted to practice Law in Victoria in 2017, as a barrister and solicitor, with Judge Michael Wheelahan moving his admission. In 2019, he founded Sartori Legal Services with a vision to deliver high quality legal advice and practical solutions across a range of practice areas.
In November 2023, Steven furthered his expertise by completing a Master of Laws with majors in Wills and Estates, and Family Law, with the College of Law. He is passionate about helping clients navigate legal challenges with clarity and confidence.
Steven is married and has two children. He is dedicated to his family and to the practice of law, combining local insight with professional excellence.
